Nous sommes à berlin, le 8 juin 2013. Joëlle Léandre et Vincent Courtois entrent en scène et se jettent immédiatement dans la musique. Le duo, d'entrée fusionnel, ne relâchera la tension que quarante minutes plus tard. De retour dans la loge ils semblent sonnés comme des boxeurs qui se sont rendus coup pour coup. Aucune blessure visible. Puis la fatigue s'estompe, les visages s'éclairent, les sourires apparaissent, témoins du sentiment d'avoir vécu un moment unique, à vif. C'est ce soir-là que le projet du label “Jazzdor Series“ est né. Vous avez dans les mains le premier disque de cette collection. J'espère que vous l'aimerez autant que nous l'aimons.

We found ourselves in Berlin, June 8th 2013.
Joëlle Léandre and Vincent Courtois entered the stage and immediately threw themselves into the music. The duo were bound together, and the tension wouldn't ease until forty minutes later. Backstage afterwards, they were punch-drunk, like boxers who'd gone at it blow by blow to the bell. Without visible injury. Then the tiredness faded, the faces cleared and smiles appeared, witnesses to the feeling of having lived a unique, vivid moment. It was on that night that the label project “Jazzdor Series“ was born. You have in your hands the first record of this collection. I hope you love it as much as we do.
